We stock fast moving products in our fulfilment centre which are despatched on a daily basis using a next working day delivery service. Orders placed after 14:00 will be shipped the following working day.
Track orders are despatched using an oversize delivery which is not guaranteed for next day. Please allow 1-2 working days for track to be delivered.

Yes, all orders are sent via a tracked service. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number.

3. Click on the order you want to see the VAT invoice for
4. Click 'View & Download Invoice'

2. Create your order by adding products to the cart
3. At the bottom click 'Request Quote'
4. Add in your PO or project number/reference
5. Add in your project shipping address
6. Click 'Continue'
7. Choose the payment method you intend to use, either paying BACS by invoice or online by card
8. Agree to the terms and conditions
9. Click ' Request Quote'
10. Your sales agent will then be in touch once your quote has been reviewed
11. You can view the status of your quote within 'Your Account'

4. Click 'Confirm & Complete'
5. Finalise payment method
6. Click 'Complete Order'
7. If you choose to pay by BACS, please note that your order will not be processed until payment has been received.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
To start a return, please email info@duragreen.store stating your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover handling and processing.
Your refund will be processed once goods have been received and checked by our warehouse. We will refund you the full order amount minus the restocking fee and shipping costs for the return.
Please note, we cannot accept returns for any stock which is bespoke or made to order unless damaged.
